At St Hugh of Lincoln Catholic Primary School ,we teach children how to manage their emotions through The Zones of Regulation. This programme helps children to develop skills in the area of self-regulation. They learn to recognise emotions and describe how they feel and then have strategies to regulate. (resources attached).
